FAVORITE BAR - B - Q 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown ground beef until it loses most of its pink color. Add vegetables and cook until tender. Drain off fat. Add tomato sauce, ketchup and seasonings. Mix well. Cover. Simmer 20 minutes. Serve on buns.
