2 c. unsifted flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. Coke
1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. buttermilk (or sweet milk with 2 tbsp. vinegar to make 1 c.)
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine flour and sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Heat butter, cocoa and Coke to boiling and pour over sugar mixture, mixing well. Add buttermilk, eggs, soda, vanilla and marshmallows. Bake in 9 x 13 x 1/2 pan at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Ice while warm.

ICING:

1 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. Coke
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 c. pecans (approx.)
1 tsp. cinnamon

Heat butter and cocoa, cinnamon and Coke to boil, then pour over sugar. Add vanilla and nuts. Mix well and pour over cake while warm.
