1 lemon Duncan Hines mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding
2/3 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins, boil and drain
1 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. drained fruit (fold in fruit last)

Bake in tube pan, greased and floured at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Can use loaf pans.

FRIENDSHIP CAKE STARTER:

Place starter juice in large glass jug - 1 can sliced peaches, 1 can chunk pineapple (drained), 1 jar maraschino cherries (halved), 5 cups sugar - stir for several days until all sugar is melted, let set for 10 days. Can put into refrigerator after fermented.
