CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
10 oz. box chopped broccoli or fresh chopped broccoli
1 can Swanson chicken broth
1 can Carnation evaporated milk
3 tbsp. melted butter
3 tbsp. flour

Cook broccoli according to box directions; drain. Heat broth and milk to point of boiling. Do not boil. Mix flour and butter together to make a smooth paste. Stir in broth and milk mixture to thicken. Add broccoli. Stir and enjoy.
