CHICKEN CORNELIUS 
4 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 lg. can Chinese noodles

Spray crock-pot with nonstick oil. Place chicken in bottom of crock-pot. In a separate bowl, mix soup, sour cream and onion soup mix and pour over chicken. Cook on low for 7 hours. Serve over Chinese noodles.

Serves 4.
