CHICKEN & RICE 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 onion
1 can green chilies, chopped
1 soup can of milk
Garlic powder to taste
Pepper to taste
1 stewing chicken (med. sized)
Instant rice
8 oz. sour cream

Wash chicken. Place whole chicken in crock pot with 1/2 cup water in bottom. Add cream of chicken soup. Cook until tender on medium setting (about 4 to 6 hours). Remove chicken from pot. Set aside.

Add all ingredients to crock pot. Cover. Bring to a boil. Bone chicken. Add chicken back into pot. Boil rice in separate pot on stove. Serve with green salad and hot bread. Yummy!
