PETITE CHEESECAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box vanilla wafers

Line muffin tins with papers. Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cup. Fill cups 3/4 full with cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until set. Top with 1 tablespoon pie filling cherry or blueberry.
