MARINATED ROAST 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
1/3 c. brown sugar

Cut pot arm roast or chuck roast into bite-size cubes (removing all fat) and turn several times while marinating for at least 4 hours.
