2 pkgs. chopped frozen broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
1 c. uncooked minute rice
1 c. boiling water

Thaw broccoli and drain. Place in bottom of 2 1/2 quart casserole. Combine Cheez Whiz, soup, rice, and water; mix thoroughly. Pour over broccoli. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven; stir to blend with other ingredients and return to oven for 25 more minutes.
