BROCCOLI BAKE 
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen broccoli spears
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar or American cheese
1 lg. tomato, sliced

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium saucepan, cook broccoli as directed on package and drain. Arrange in 8 inch square pan or 10 x 6 inch baking dish.

In small saucepan melt butter, blend in flour and salt. Cook until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Stir in milk, heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring occasionally.

Blend in cheese. Pour over broccoli. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly. Garnish with tomato slices and return to oven for 5 minutes.
