SPAGHETTI PIE 
6 oz. spaghetti, cooked & drained
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated & divided
1 c. Ricotta cheese
1 c. spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. light Mozzarella cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 10 inch pie plate with Pam.

Toss hot spaghetti with butter. Combine eggs and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Stir into spaghetti. Pour spaghetti mixture into prepared pie plate forming a "crust". Spread Ricotta on the bottom, top with sauce. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes. Cover with Mozzarella cheese and put back in oven for another 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese and let stand for 10 minutes before serving in pie wedges.
