SPAGHETTI CRUST PIE 
6 oz. cooked spaghetti (approximately 1/3 of box)
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion
1 c. Ricotta cheese
8 oz. spaghetti sauce
Shredded or sliced Mozzarella cheese for topping

Cook spaghetti. Add butter and stir until melted. In a small bowl, beat eggs; add Parmesan cheese. Pour over spaghetti. Stir until mixed well. Grease 9 inch pie plate. Pour mixture into plate. Press with back of spoon to form a crust, building up the sides. Spread Ricotta cheese over spaghetti crust. Brown ground beef and onion. Drain; add spaghetti sauce and stir until mixed well. Spread ground beef mixture over Ricotta cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Arrange Mozzarella on top and bake about 5 minutes more or until cheese has melted. Let pie stand for 5 minutes before serving.
