SPAGHETTI PIE 
6 oz. spaghetti, cooked & drained
2 lg. eggs, beaten
1 c. ricotta cheese
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. oil
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, divided
1 c. spaghetti sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 10-inch pie plate. Toss spaghetti with oil. Combine eggs and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Stir into spaghetti. Pour mixture into pie pan. Shape into crust. Spread ricotta cheese over spaghetti. Top with sauce. Bake 25 minutes. Top with Mozzarella cheese and bake 5 minutes more. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cool before cutting.
