VIRGINIA ARMENTROUT'S CORNBREAD 
1 c. flour
1 c. cornmeal
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter
2 eggs (well beaten)
1 c. sweet milk

Sift all dry ingredients and blend evenly. Mix all ingredients together. Pour in greased pan (any size, depending how thick you want your cornbread, up to size 9x13). Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
