JALAPENO CORNBREAD 
3 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 tbsp. sugar
1 can cream style corn
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3 1/2 c. sweet milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 c. jalapeno pepper, chopped

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into three 9 inch greased cake pans. Bake at 450 degrees until done.
