JALAPENO CORNBREAD 
3 c. self-rising meal
1 tsp. salt
1 (15 oz.) cream style corn
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
3 eggs
3 tbsp. sugar
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. oil
3-4 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 1/2 c. sweet milk

Mix together and pour into greased pan. Bake 30 minutes or until done at 425 degrees.
