CINNAMON APPLE MOLD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
2 c. applesauce (heated)
1/4 c. red cinnamon candies
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped red apples
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Dissolve gelatin in hot applesauce. Add cinnamon candies, stirring until candies and gelatin are dissolved. Add lemon juice and chill until mixture begins to congeal. Add apples, celery and walnuts. Mix well. Pour in mold. Chill. Makes 6 servings.
