SPECIAL BLUEBERRY PIE 
2 pt. fresh blueberries
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. gin (optional)
3 tbsp. flour
Whipped cream
1 baked 9-inch pie shell

In saucepan, combine 1 pint blueberries, sugar, flour, butter, lemon juice and gin. Cook and stir until thick, 3 or 4 minutes. After coming to a boil, remove from heat and cool. Stir in remaining blueberries and pour into pie shell; cover with whipped cream and chill.
