2 pts. hulled strawberries
1 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
Fresh lemon juice to taste

Arrange strawberries on a baking sheet and put in freezer until frozen, 1-2 hours. Work berries in food processor until finely chopped. Add the yogurt, confectioners sugar and lemon juice and blend mixture until smooth. Yields about 1 quart.
