FISH DIP 
1 pt. or 8 oz. fish, cooked (red fish or drum are excellent)
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. celery, finely chopped
1 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
3 tbsp. salad dressing
2 tbsp. lemon juice
A few sprinkles fresh black pepper
2 to 4 drops or more hot sauce
1/2 half box of 8 oz. cream cheese, softened

Mix all ingredients well, mold or shape on a plate and chill in refrigerator.
