TUNA FISH DIP 
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can tuna
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick butter
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 or 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped (optional)
Red pepper

Saute in butter the onions and peppers until clear. Add flaked tuna and soup. Adjust seasoning if needed. Cook on low heat for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve warm with crackers.
