2 sm. cans tuna, drained
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. Texas Pete
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
Pepper to taste

Mix together well and chill. Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.
