For 3 tacos, you need: A small dish & spoon 3 soggy fortune cookies with fortunes removed Your choice of ice cream with your choice of sauce Place fortune cookies on the dish. Open cookies from the top, gently without breaking. (That's why they need to be uncrisp.) Put a spoon of ice cream in each cookie. Top it with sauce. Add a dab of whipped cream.
