YELLOW SQUASH 
1 1/2 lbs. yellow squash, cool & mashed with skin
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 grated carrots
1 chopped small onion
1/2 pkg. herbed dressing

Mix dressing with 1 stick melted butter. Put 1/2 herbed dressing mix in bottom of casserole. Add vegetables mixed together with soup, etc. Top with remainder of herbed stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
