CRUSTY PARMESAN BISCUITS 
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
4 crispy cooked bacon slices, crumbled

Combine dry ingredients and cheese. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add combined eggs and milk, mixing until just moistened. Stir in bacon. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 1 dozen.
