SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. yellow squash
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt & pepper
3 tbsp. sugar
2 lg. onions
1 stick butter, melted
4 tsp. baking powder
5 slices white bread, crumbled
1 c. cheese

Cook squash and onions in a little water until tender, drain. Beat eggs. Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
