SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. yellow squash
1 med. onion
1 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. butter
10 soda crackers (5 crumbled)
1/2 c. milk
2 egg yolks
Salt
Pepper
2 egg whites

Cook squash until tender. Mash. Add butter, salt, pepper while hot add crackers, cheese, milk, egg yolks. Mix thoroughly until cool. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees.
