SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
2 c. cooked squash 3/4 stick butter 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 c. shredded cheese 1 c. evaporated milk 2 c. white cracker crumbs Mash cooked squash. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased 1 quart casserole dish and bake at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes. Serves 6. |
