GERMAN SKILLET SUPPER 
1 tbsp.butter
1 (14 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained & rinsed
2/3 c. uncooked rice
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef or 1 lb. wieners, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Combine in large skillet and cook, covered until rice is soft.
