COMPANY CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
14 oz. can LaChoy mixed vegetables
7 oz. can tuna
Tomatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
1/2 c. LaChoy chow mein noodles

Melt butter in a saucepan. Add green pepper and cook 2 minutes. Blend in flour, salt, and pepper. Gradually add milk and cook stirring until slightly thickened. Blend together egg, sour cream, and mayonnaise; stir into sauce. Add vegetables and tuna. Turn into buttered 1 quart casserole dish. Arrange tomato wedges on top and sprinkle crushed noodles over the entire casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
