COMPANY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 qt. prepared spaghetti sauce (such as Ragu or Prego)
10 oz. wide egg noodles
10 oz. cottage cheese
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. diced onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
Salt to taste

Brown sausage, drain. Add sauce and salt. Remove from heat. Cook noodles. Drain and rinse. Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, green pepper, onion and pepper in bowl. Mix well. Place 1/4 of cooked noodles in a 9 x 13 pan. Spread cheese mixture over noodles. Top with remaining noodles and cover with meat sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
