NOODLE LAYERED COMPANY CASSEROLE 
5 c. spinach egg noodles (or plain)
1 lb. bulk sausage
1/2 lb. ground beef
15 oz. can tomato sauce
8 oz. (1 c.) cream style cottage cheese
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/3 c. thinly sliced green onions
2 oz. (1/2 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook noodles to desired doneness as directed on package. Set aside. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

In large skillet, brown sausage and ground beef; drain. Add tomato sauce; simmer about 5 minutes.

In large bowl, combine cooked noodles, cottage cheese, sour cream and onion. Spoon half of noodle mixture evenly into 12x8 inch (2 quart) baking dish. Spoon half of meat sauce over noodles; repeat layers. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. 6 servings.
