COMPANY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 cans Campbell's cream of chicken soup
1/2 can water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
6 chicken breasts, skinned & boned
2 lg. slices Swiss cheese
2 tsp. lemon pepper
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. parsley

Mix the soup with water and lemon juice. Add all the spices to this mixture including the parsley. Pour 1/3 of soup mixture in the bottom of a 2 quart casserole dish. Put 3 chicken breasts on top of this then cut cheese slices into 4 strips each and place first 4 strips on top of breasts. Add 1/3 more of soup to the casserole and then another layer of chicken and another layer of cheese. Top with the rest of the soup mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with rice or noodles (I prefer wild and brown rice.)
