CHICKEN-RICE COMPANY CASSEROLE | |
1 c. diced celery 1 onion, diced 4 c. cut up cooked chicken 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, stems and pieces 1 c. sour cream 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento 1 (6 1/4 oz.) pkg. Uncle Bens Long Grain and Wild Rice (Original Fast Cooking Recipe), cooked according to package directions Saute celery and onion in 1/4 cup butter. Combine all ingredients. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees (first 1/2 hour covered, last 1/2 hour uncovered). |
