SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
4 beaten eggs
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. garlic powder
3/4 c. fresh parsley

Mix all ingredients. Shape into balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Check in 15 minutes, they burn easily.
