ENCHILADA PIE 
1 dozen corn tortillas
2 lb. ground round, cooked
1 sm. can sliced black olives
1 med. onion
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 can enchilada sauce
2 lg. cans chile con carne with beans
1 can refried beans (optional)

Layer tortillas, meat, onions, cheese, olives, chili. Repeat. Top with enchilada sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until cheese melts and warm through.
