SPICED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
Salt to taste
Flour
6 whole cloves
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. boiling water
1 whole onion
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Trim off all fat and cook out in skillet; remove cracklins. Salt and flour chops; sea in hot fat. Add 1 clove to each chop. Add remaining ingredients. Cover tightly. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 to 3 hours or until tender. Yield: 3 to 4 servings.
