FESTIVE GARLIC BREAD 
1 (1 lb.) loaf French bread
butter
Parsley
Garlic powder

UTENSILS:

Sm. bowl
Measuring spoon
Spoon
Sharp knife
Cutting board
Ruler
Table knife
Aluminum foil
Potholders

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix together in small bowl 1/2 cup softened butter, 1 tablespoon snipped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried parsley and 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Cut into 1 inch slices, but do not cut through the bottom of the loaf of French bread.

Spread the butter mixture between all the slices. Wrap bread in aluminum foil. Bake bread about 15 minutes or until bread is hot. Let each person pull off a slice of bread.
