GARLIC PEPPER JACK PIZZA BREADS | |
1 pkg. garlic bread (2 slices in foil bag) 1 cup tomato and basil spaghetti sauce (I use Kroger brand) 1 pkg. pepperoni slices (Hormel) 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped 1 (8 oz.) pkg. pepper jack cheese (Sargento melts best) 1 tsp. red chili flakes Preheat oven to 375°F Place both bread slices on a 9x13-inch or jelly roll pan. Spoon on the spaghetti sauce. Then overlay the pepperoni going down the bread. Place the already chopped peppers over pepperoni. Then cover with layers of pepper jack cheese. Sprinkle red chili flakes. Bake at 375°F for 8 to 12 minutes. Remove, then let cool for 5 minutes. Cut into quarters. Submitted by: Cory Evans |
