PUMPKIN CRUNCH CAKE 
1 cup milk
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
1 box yellow cake mix (your choic)
3/4 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) melted butter

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix first 8 ingredients and pour into bottom of 9x13-inch greased pan. Sprinkle entire box dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle chopped pecans over cake mix. Pour melted butter over the top.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
