PUMPKIN PRALINE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. pumpkin
1/4 c. water
4 eggs

Combine cake mix, pumpkin, oil, brown sugar, water and spices. Beat at medium speed 1 minute. Add eggs, one at a time. Pour 1/2 of mixture into pan. Top with praline mix. Top with remaining batter. Bake in greased Bundt pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Praline Mix: Cut 1/2 cup softened butter into 1/3 cup brown sugar until crumbly; add 1/2 cup chopped pecans.

ICING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Chopped pecans, optional

I make this every fall.. From Halloween till Thanksgiving. I make this but I don't use the icing .. I double the praline mix and use the other half as a topping. Once I turn the cake out of the Bundt pan I pour the warmed praline mix evenly over the top of the cake and let it slide down the sides... This is heavenly! My kids like this cake warm... So it doesn't last long. This is a very sweet dessert... So you may decide to use just a 1/4 of the praline mix to lessen the sweetness. I have also replaced the oil with all applesauce and had no issues with taste, it was still just as yummy!
