STEAK CONTINENTAL 
1 clove garlic, minced
2 to 3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano
3 lbs. boneless sirloin steak

Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well. Score steak 1/4 inch deep on both sides; rub in garlic mixture. Place steak in a large shallow dish; cover and refrigerate 8 hours.

Grill over medium-hot coals 12 to 15 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
