1 lb. sausage (hot or mild, to your taste)
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
3 c. Bisquick mix (mixed according to directions for biscuits)

Sausage should be at room temperature. Mix all ingredients with hands. Shape into balls. Bake on cookie sheet at 375 degrees approximately 20 minutes. Great fast breakfast to eat on the run or great appetizer.
