SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed yams
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. chopped pecans

Beat all ingredients together and pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Cover with topping and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Topping: Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over potatoes.
