SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can yams, drained
1 med. can yams, drained
6 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1 c. milk, fresh or evaporated
1/2-1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. brown sugar
6 tbsp. butter
1 c. grated coconut

Mix together butter, eggs and sugar. Add milk, cinnamon and mashed potatoes. Spread in a 9 x 12 inch baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. To prepare topping melt butter and stir in remaining ingredients. Spread over sweet potatoes and return to oven 15 more minutes. Serves 10.
