CRAB SALAD 
1 lb. imitation crab
16 oz. peas (don't cook - just run frozen peas under hot water)
1 med. chopped onion
3 or 4 slices crumbled bacon
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Pepper to taste
Curry powder to taste
Mexi-pep hot sauce to taste
Pimentos or red pepper or sun dried tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can water chestnuts
1/2 and 1/2 Miracle Whip and mayonnaise
