STRAWBERRY MOLD 
3 pkgs. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 pkgs. frozen strawberries (Birds Eye), defrosted
1 sm. carton cottage cheese
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped
1 or 2 bananas

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add strawberries with liquid. Refrigerate until partially set. Beat in cottage cheese and nuts. Fold in whipped cream. Pour one-half of mixture into mold. Layer sliced bananas on top. Add remaining strawberry mixture on top. Refrigerate until set. Serves 12-16.
