SWEET & SOUR SAUCE 
1/4 c. cold water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar
3 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Combine water and cornstarch; set aside. In small saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Stir over low heat until hot, 3 to 5 minutes. Add cornstarch. Stir until thickened and clear. Serve warm or at room temperature. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
