1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c catsup
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. soy sauce
5 drops Tabasco

Mix together and bring to a boil. Simmer 30 seconds - use cornstarch and water mixture to thicken.
