1/2 tsp. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. ketchup
2 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. soy sauce

Mix together and cook until thickened. Pour over cooked meat, i.e. chicken, beef or pork.
